The Bluebeam connection of Vectorworks enables Vectorworks users to carry out robust real-time conversion sessions during the construction process. This integration supports the efficient persecution of PDF markups for revisions, RFIS, Punch lists and other submissions -all without leaving the Vectorworks interface. Users can also maintain a complete history of the published PDF document rates and optimize problem management in BIM collaboration processes by providing direct ways from PDF markups to BIM -Collaboration format (BCF) problems. In addition, the Bluebeam connection from Vectorworks makes immediate feedback within Vectorworks and makes change management seamlessly throughout the project life cycle.
Industry leading innovation
Vectorworks is the first software platform to implement this integration using the new APIs from Bluebeam and offers a groundbreaking tool for North American and Australian customers. Integration is available to users of Vectorworks 2025 Update 3 and later versions, which require a Bluebeam -ID that is connected to the domain of mubeam.com.
First steps with Bluebeam Connection
To use the Bluebeam connection, users in the tool menu in Vectorworks can access the command. After you have registered in your Bluebeam account, you can publish documents, create a review session and invite employees -all directly in the familiar vectorworks interface. The Bluebeam connection is currently available in the USA. CanadaAnd Australia and will soon be available to customers GermanyPresent SwedenGreat Britain and India.
