A man died on Thursday in a cereal plants in Missouri. Osha is now investigating death at work that attracts national attention.

Perryville, Mon. – A man died on Thursday in an industrial stove in a cereal plants in Perryville, Missouri, according to the police.

The police, paramedics and firefighters tried to help the victim, but could not access the man before his death, according to a written explanation from the Perryville police department.

In the 600 block of Old St. Mary's Road, police officers became the Gilster Mary Lee Cereal on Thursday to help the man, the explanation.

Less than 20 minutes after the officers were sent to the scene to help, the forensic doctor was requested by Perry County on site.

“Due to a concerted effort between the police authority and the forensic doctor, the man was identified positively as Nicolas Lopez Gomez, a 38-year-old Guatemala state member who worked under the alias of Edward Avila,” says the police explanation.

At that time, the investigators do not suspect a bad game.

“(Gomez) was currently using a power washing machine on the machine from the outside,” said a police spokesman. “At that time it is unclear how it ended up in the machine.”

The forensic doctor explained that the professional security and health authority, the Federal Authority, which is responsible for the enforcement of standards and conditions for the workplace, would investigate the incident.

“Our offices will work with you to determine how this happened,” said Meghan Ellis, forensic doctor of Perry County.
